Janine Dawson, Director.

 

With over 30 years’ of work and consulting experience within a wide range of sectors Janine’s broad experience and knowledge is well-established from working with SMEs to leading and managing/mentoring warehousing teams within large distribution centres; including several years’ of ‘hands-on’ experience in Logistics.

 

With a strong passion that range from managing ‘start-ups’ and driving operational activity within companies that experience a 'ramp- up' within the organisation; by establishing and embedding their ideas into reality, through a robust training programme and implementation of a Continuous Improvement strategy.

Janine is a tenacious, self-starter with high communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of any organisation. She has the proven ability to work effectively within a team or autonomously; her key abilities are to have a rapid response rate and understand efficiently what is needed to get the job done proficiently.

 

Over the last several years Janine has also been heavily involved in project based activities with several blue chip organisations; which has allowed her the opportunity to travel (her second passion) within Lean consultancies, globally.
