Once you begin to develop your knowledge, you will realise that it is a journey into self-development; for continuous improvement, is exactly that…a continuous journey of improvements for yourself, the team and most importantly the organisation of which you work, or employ people.

This Module will cover:

•A brief history of Lean & its Origins;

•What is Lean?

•The importance of Lean Leadership.

The following three modules will essentially  be about  Lean  tools,  how  to  use  them,  and  the  issues  that  are  likely  to  be  encountered (however, it  certainly  won’t  cover  all  eventualities),  and  the  most  appropriate  place  for  their  use.
