A Company vision starts with its mission, which  ideally expresses and communicates the organisations ideology and visionary goals; by expressing the organisations core values to which it is committed, the purpose of its core purpose and the organisations pursuance to fulfil its vision.


It is important to remember that strategic planning and/or thinking is significant in determining goals and objectives; strategy is important because the resources available to achieve these goals are usually limited. Strategy generally involves setting goals, determining actions to achieve the goals, and mobilising resources to execute the actions. A strategy describes how the ends (goals) will be achieved by the means (resources).
